You have to wonder who this will directly reach, given that it is a brand women will typically notice first targeting potentially misogynistic men, I think the headline will make little difference, not when the remaining visual cues would suggest to a causal male glance that this is not an ad for them.

The intent is there though, so bravo.

Or they’re just exploiting the women who will read the ad and think “oh wow, L’oreal really cares about my job prospectives”. This is not an ad for men. This is an ad that thinks women aren’t smart enough to get that most men won’t actually read this.

wow. this actually makes sense. And it’s not just parents we are against, we also don’t like the views of like-minded people, who say that we don’t know shit because we didn’t live it. Like people who are in their late thirties/beginning forties are also in that group of “idiots”.
